Rangers should select Noel and Wilde

Blues would not trade a number one pick for a fifth defenseman. As a right handed shot, he is third in line behind Parayko and Petro. Center and right wing are much bigger needs. Dumb trade.

pretty sure this will be a resounding "no" but, if NYR were not trying spend to the cap...

depending on the salary retained + pick or prospect would you take the Perry contract off ANA's hands?
